David graduated from the USC School of Cinematic Arts where he majored in Film Production. After college, he regrettably turned down an offer to intern at the Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien. Without David’s expertise, Conan’s Tonight Show was famously cancelled after only one short season. Instead he accepted an internship at Marvel Studios, which of course has since blossomed into one of the largest entertainment companies in the world, thanks of course to one special intern.
After deciding that interning wasn’t really his thing, David began working at the award-winning creative advertising agencies Ignition Creative and AV Squad. Two years later, he started directing and editing projects full-time. The first internet ad he directed (a short commercial-documentary for the Big Brothers Foundation) won a Telly Award for Best Branded Content. Some of his directing work have included online campaigns for Dermalogica, Coldwell Banker, Applebee's, and Suja Juice as well as comedy sketches and series featuring Scarlett Johansson, Ryan Reynolds, Nathan Fillion, Alan Tudyk, Will Sasso, and Terry Crews.
When he’s not busy writing about himself in the third person, David currently works at the Disney Digital Network where he creates content for Disney’s Facebook, YouTube, and Disney.com.
